Offered here is a perfect enrolled Eldredgeops crassituberculata from the Silica Shale Formation from Lucas County, Ohio, Devonian in age. The enrolled trilobite measures a tad over 1” wide and is loose, out of matrix. What makes this bug special is the predation on some of the pleuron tips. This beautiful bug was found and prepared by Jerry Rush and I purchased it years ago years ago and placed this gem in my personal collection, but decided to sell it on here.
