This incredible antique tintype comes in a beautiful case, and depicts two young gentlemen from the Old West who may very well be the legendary outlaws Jesse James and his brother, Frank James. While there is no provenance for this photo and I cannot guarantee the identifications, it is evident that the resemblances to the comparison photos are uncanny. Most importantly, the Betaface facial-matching program gives the results that one of the men matches three known photos of Jesse at the very high level of over 80% (83%, 83%, and 81%), while the other matches two known photos of Frank at the remarkable percentages of 90% and 87%! The item is sold as-is, and may have scratches, bends, peeling, soiling, discoloration, tears, or other damage, so please take a close look at the photos.
