Collectors of vintage sexology books - sex education - and self-help sex guides will want to add these two titles to their library: The Male Motorby M.Sayle Taylor, Sexologist. This small softcover/wraps was published in 1927 (a first ed) by Kirk Publications, Steubenville, OH. Chapters include: \"A Comparison of Motors\" (car energy to male energy); \"Pernicious Habits That Rob Men of Health\"; \"The Prostitute and The Amateur\" and \"The Theory of Rejuvenation.\"The 89-page Book is subtitled \"Plain facts about the care and conservation of man\'s sex-energies\".... It is in very good, clean and bright condition. No illustrations, but blank pages at the back for \"Memoranda\".
Second book is a magazine, \"Sexology\" - Sex Science Magazine, Illustrated. Subtitled \"The Door To Sex Enlightenment\", this was published in Oct.1952 (Vol. XIX, No. 3). Published by Sexology, New York, NY. This issue begins with page 139 and ends on page 202. Topics include \"Female Sexual Crimes\"; \"Premature Birth\"; \"Kidney Stones\" and \"Artificial Male Organ.} This magazine has some cover wear (as expected over 67-years) but the interior text and illustrations are clean, bright and unmarked. The former owner penned his name on several pages, (but unobtrusively). please see photos for condition details.
Interesting to observe as the topic of \"sex self-help\" has changed dramatically over time. What might have seemed extremely daring in the \'20s and the \'50s is now tame in comparison - although the \'20s was a lot more forthcoming.This collectible pair will be packed carefully and sent with tracking.
