THIS IS NEW OLD STOCK, TELEDYNE SEMICONDUCTOR FETRON, TYPE TR1004 SOLID STATE TUBE REPLACEMENT. THIS IS FOR A 6AK5 or WESTERN ELECTRIC WE408A
THIS IS A TELEDYNE SEMICONDUCTOR FETRON. It is solid state replacement for a 6AK5 or WE408A vacuum tube that uses JFET\'s to duplicate the operation of the vacuum tubes. It is in a hermetically sealed 7 pin metal can, with gold plated pins. IT IS UNUSED AND FROM A BULK PACK -- SO IT IS WITHOUT AN INDIVIDUAL BOX.
These devices were manufactured by Teledyne in the 70\'s to extend the life of vacuum tube equipment, without going to new solid state equipment.
