Beautiful chaplet dedicated to this powerful young saint who is the patron of people who suffer from mental illness or nerve diseases.The 7/8\" oval nickel silver St Dymphna medal was made in Italy. The 1-1/2\" Liturgycrucifix is also made in Italy. I designed and handmade the chaplet in our home in the USA.All eleven beads arefaceted, fire-polished Czech glass, 8mm in size. The single Our Father bead is a metallic pink color called \"Bubblegum.\" The ten Hail Mary beads are alternating lavender and aurora borealis crystal. Very pretty!About 9-1/2\" long, chaplet comes gift boxed and with the following:

St Dymphna was a princess as well as a saint. Her father suffered from violent mental disease, and actually murdered his daughter in a fit of rage.
