I drop the package off at the post office the same day that I print the label. At this point I have no control of what happens to the parcel. You can check the status of you package at the USPS web site. Tracking information is updated throughout the day, but most of the information is sent with a delay.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with this item, you can return it for a refund. I will accept returns for up to 30 days after you receive the item. I cannot, however, refund shipping costs.
