Rare California Official Pollution Control Device Station blue sign. In the 1960s and 1970s the state was requiring retro fit on older cars to be installed. This type of sign was usually at a service stations who would install and inspect the smog equipment. The sign is two sided and painted blue over metal with yellow lettering. Most of these sign were scraped because the upgrades in the system about installation and inspection. There is paint loss, scratches, and discoloring. Inspect the pictures and buy with your knowledge and appreciation.
