PAYMENT & SHIPPING: We strive to ship within 2 days of payment. However, we do not work on the holidays or weekends so on occasion we will ship within 5 days at the most. Shipping is done via USPS and UPS, unless requested differently from the buyer. All items have tracking numbers which are emailed to the customer. If you would like to add insurance, please request as it is no longer an option through checkout.Shipping to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO takes a little longer to arrive. Please do not give negative response or claim item has not arrived due to the post office delay. Questions are usually answered within24 hours, so please contact us with any questions or problems.
