This one of a kind autographed card is, to my knowledge, the only authentic one in the world. This is a 2007 Topps Distinguished Service card (# DS28) depicting young US Navy pilot George Herbert Walker Bush, who would obviously later go on to become the 41st president of the United States.

I was at Barber for many years in Kennebunkport, Maine. President Bush was one of our customers and was always very generous and kind. I obtained the signature in person and witnessed the card being autographed. As I was able to also get some more memorabilia for my own personal collection, I thought that I would make this available to another collector.

I have had the signature authenticated by the very reputable James Spence Authentication (JSA). The card is accompanied by a full letter of authenticity signed by James Spence III as well as notarized. This item has been assigned it’s own unique number in the JSA database and it’s authenticity information can be accessed at any time via their website.
