This is a niceold book. A nice and hard to find, original vintage 1876 certificate from the United States Internal Revenue Service, the IRS for Special Tax on the business of Dealer in Manufactured Tobacco. This is not completed but has the certificate number in the top right corner. 7 inches tall, 7 3/4 inches wide. Very nice shape with a few punched holes in it as shown, no stamps, just the certificate as shown. Would look great framed. Zoom in for details.
