Here's a scarce hand blown early anesthetic bottle over 110 years old which was used by a dentist in the early 1900 era when extracting teeth, etc. It probably contained ether, chloroform or possibly morphine.....most early anesthetics did....ODONTOLINE LOCAL ANESTHETIC (boldly emb on front) ....Hand blown in mold....hand tooled square ring lip.....amber....round...2 1/2"tall ....Excellent condition with no chips or damage of any kind. A dug bottle with some light haze. The top is out of round so may have been in a fire at some point?...You can look up ODONTOLINE online and find advertisements from 1906 exclaiming to dentists the wondrous virtues of using Odontoline Local Anesthetic.
