This is a fantastic 1930s deco green satin glass uranium glass Saturn lamp is the rarest and most sought after lamp of this type.The deco design is magnificent with a stepped base, chrome fittings,and oval shade with Saturn rings.One of these sold for over $1,500.00 and it didn\'t even have any of the original stars / paint on it or was it even uranium glass.This lamp is all original except for maybe the wire. The switch is the original and works fine. The lamp is working.This lamp was introduced at the New York world‘s fair in 1939. It is 12 inches tall and 7 inches at its widest point.The lamp shows some age with a little corrosion on the chrome centerpiece and some minor wear.Please see pictures they are a very important part of the sale.It does have one very small only to the touch rough spot on the outside edge.VERY Excellent overall condition for an antique of this quality with NO Cracks/ breaks on the rims.A small flake/ rough spot where the top piece hole on the inside is which is common.I have had quite of few of these but this one and it being green uranium glass is the nicest one I have ever seen.We have the largest collection of Art Deco that we know of.
