One mushroom top is missing. 3-way touch lamp works nicely. Doesn\'t have a maker\'s stamp. Also small crack on top of large shade isn\'t noticeable and doesn\'t affect anything. Burlwood-like lamp material in great shape. Nice vintage condition otherwise please see pictures. Super fun lamp. Will be shipped with a lot of bubble wrap to protect shade.
