This sale is for a hardcover copy ofVolume 5 of the Fantastic Four in the Marvel Masterworks series, by Stan Lee,Jack Kirby, Joe Sinnott and others. This is for the first edition, marble dustjacket edition of this book.

This book is a seminal chapter in the historyof the Marvel Universe, as it includes the key issue #48, featuring theintroduction of the Silver Surfer and Galactus.

As a bonus, this book has been signed bylegendary Marvel artist Joe Sinnott, who inked a lot of Jack Kirby’s Silver Agework for Marvel including the issues in this volume.

The book is in NM shape with no dents to thebook. The dust jacket shows a tiny bit of wear to the edges and one spinecorner.
