If a carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we’ll notify buyer of the return by email and issue a refund (excluding shipping charges). For All Free Shipping item, we will charge 15% restocking fee of item original price. If buyer would like to keep the return item, buyers are responsible for the reshipping payment as well.

Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for any of the following reasons, including some not listed below:

• Incorrect or out-of-date address

• P.O. Box format (Please enter P.O Box shipping address as “P.O. Box” followed by the number.

• Due to weight and dimensional limits, some items can’t be shipped to P.O. Boxes.

• Other address problems

• Failed delivery attempts
