Found at a Tampa estate sale are these vintage new old stock 1950s cigar bands all of which are from the Richfield Club in Washington DC.I was told that the former owner of these owned a tobacco plantation in the Dominican Republic. I believe these bands have been put away since the late 1950s or early 1960s.
