Returns

We do not accept returns. Please read our refund policy if your item is lost/broken.

Refunds

If the item is lost/broken, we insure all packages that have been labeled priority mail up to it's full value. This insures you get the full cost of the package, plus all of the shipping cost back in full. If your item is broken, please follow these steps:

Contact us – We require a 14 day notice for all broken items. We will need evidence of the broken items, so if you could email pictures directly through email and we can start the refund process.

After the evidence has been sent of the broken items, I will shortly contact you and distribute the full refund.

We only do partial refund on smaller items that are not priority mail. Any item that is not priority mail is not insured and you will not receive the cost of shipping, only the refund of the item.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs Shipping costs are non refundable for items that are not priority mail.
