These three skeleton cowboys are sitting on hay bales around a glowing campfire, and they're enjoying a warm beverage while one of them plays a guitar. If a shipping box is larger than 26 cube, than the chance of the box being dropped drastically increases, causing porcelain buildings to break during shipping transit. The shipping price also increases drastically when the box is larger than 26 cube, which no longer makes combined shipping worth wild. However, you can add small items in the shipping box, because they usually do not take up much room. For example, figurines, or a small table accent.

All you need to do to have your items combined is to place your items that you would like to have shipped in one box in the shopping cart, then be sure to click on “Combined Shipping” before you pay or be sure to place all items you would like to purchase in one cart and make one total payment. Now you will have only one shipping fee to pay. You will receive a shipping discount refund if you paid more than the combined shipping cost. Please send us an message if you have any questions.

All Lemax products are now inspected through our Quality Control Department, including photos taken of product before it is shipped to prevent buyer dissatisfaction and returns from defective products.

All products shipped, which are listed brand new are in mint working order without damage or missing parts (such as original adaptors, and accessories, (such as flags or signs when applicable). Some electronic parts cannot be pre-tested.

IMPORTANT

Please be careful taking your item out of the original box and styrofoam container, and foam placed around delicate parts when applicable, so it does not get broken or dropped. I would suggest removing buildings by their base, being careful not to put pressure on any attached pieces when you pull the the item out of the styrofoam. For example pulling or pressing an attached tree or attached car on the base, etc. We also strongly suggest removing the building carefully on top of a soft surface, such as a bed, so if it drops on the bed it will not break.Please pay particular attention to loose small plastic bags in the styrofoam container, or adaptors sometimes located in the outside styrofoam compartment that may also include a possible small attachment bag.These smaller items can fall out when the building is being removed from the container and get lost or broken on the floor.
