16\" SKOOKUM DOLL
ASkookum dollwas a Native American themeddoll, sold as a souvenir item in the early 20th century. Although considered collectible, they are not authenticIndian dolls, as they were designed and created by a white woman, and quickly mass-produced.Measures 16\" tall. According to the original label on the bottom of the left foot, it appears to be circa 1940-1950s. The doll is in good condition, with the exception of his hair which is a bit messy (see photos)These dolls are very collectible, and very hard to find, especially in this good condition!Please look at the photos carefully, as they are part of the description of the item, and more closely show the condition and details of the item.
