**If the listing has more than one of the same item, I only scan one of them for the photos. You may not receive the one that shows in the scan but they are all the same grade and in very similar condition. Most of the time, this will be the case on recent modern books that are graded 9.8. If the certification number is in the item specifics and it matches the certification number on the book used for the scan, that should be the actual book you will receive but if there is a quantity and no matching certification number in the item specifics, you'll receive the a different copy of same book with the same grade but with a different certification number and in a different but very similar case.

**If the CGC label doesn't note the keys and 1st appearances noted in the title, description or photos, it's because it generally takes CGC 1-5 years or a multitude of customer requests before they will list key information on most new books or even certain older books. All of the key information I add is correct and can be verified with the Key Collector Comics app.

I do not list items with visible Newton Rings or large scuffs or scratches without disclosing in the description that they are present. Newton rings are present in a good number of CGC cases and they can appear and disappear over time so I can't guarantee that the case will be completely newton ring free but buyers are encouraged to contact me prior to making a purchase, if they would like me to check for any that may have surfaced while in storage. I personally dislike newton rings and I send them back to CGC every time they're present when I receive them and my intent is to not ship anyone a book with newton rings but it's impossible to guarantee that none have become visible since the listing was created. Minor scuffing is common with almost all brand new CGC cases.

Newton Rings are an optical illusion that appears as a rainbow effect in the CGC case when the outer plastic of the CGC case makes contact with the plastic of the inner well that holds the book in place. CGC considers these a normal part of their case and they do not affect the grade or value of the book.
