- Heat your iron to 400 degrees/cotton setting
- Pre-heat fabric where the patch is to be placed for 10 seconds
- Place glue side of patch to the garment
- Press the iron straight down for 15 seconds with as much constant pressure as possible (DO NOT GO BACK & FORTH)
- Remove the sticky backing and iron on for another 5 seconds
- Let it cool and You are ready

All orders placed before 2PM are dispatched within the same working day via Royal Mail or within 1 working day if placed after 2PM. Standard shipping takes 2-3 days (UK) and First Class takes 1 day. International postage takes around 7-10 days but may take longer depending on location. Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and that Royal Mail may be subject to delays, particularly during holiday season and bad weather conditions. In accordance with Royal Mail rules, please allow up to 2 weeks (UK) from date of dispatch and 1 month (International) for items to be declared lost. Orders not received must be reported with 2 weeks (UK) and 1 month (International) from the date of dispatch or they will not be refunded.CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Should you wish to cancel your order or change your delivery address, please inform us before 2PM of the working day of your order before your item is dispatched. Orders are packed then and if we are informed afterwards when Royal Mail already may have dispatched your order, we will not be responsible for any losses that may be incurred afterwards.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check that they provide the correct delivery address. Costs of redirection or returns due to wrong address will be incurred by the customer, and refunds for any returns due to wrong address will only be issued once the item is received back to us. Royal Mail can take up to 2 months to return items to sender if items are posted to the wrong address.RETURNS, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Orders may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt of purchase. We do not provide an exchange service. If you would like to exchange and item, you will need to place a new order and return the other item for a refund.
Postage charges will not be refunded. Returns can only be accepted via post or couriers. We do not offer a collection service and we highly recommend that parcels are returned via recorded delivery. Returned items that are lost without proof of postage cannot be refunded.

If there are any quality issues or wrong items sent, please supply us photos and contact us before leaving any response. This way we will be able to address your concerns faster.
All returned parcels must have a note with the sender’s full name, ID, item ID no, date of purchase and a reminder of issues with the order (if faulty, too small etc).
