Offered here is an identified dress blues top for Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Hugh N. Cameron. It is believed that he served aboard the USS ESSEX, but this is unconfirmed. AS3 Cameron not only wrote his name, rate, and service number on his tag, but also stenciled it in white paint on the interior of his top.
