Returns:

You mayreturn your item for a refund or exchange (if stock available) for items thatare received broken or not as described.We may require the return of the broken item or for you to email us apicture before we ship the replacement.Replacement items will be shipped free of charge in this instance. Issues with the item not conforming to the descriptionwill be determined on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Minor imperfections in the condition of thebox or in painting quality will not qualify.

If you needto return your item because you purchased the wrong item, no longer need theitem, you changed your mind, or for any other reason, we reserve the right torefuse the return. If a return ispermitted, we must issue an authorization for the return. You pay the cost to return the item, and we willcharge a 20% restocking fee.
