By 1960's designer Vera NeumannI realize that everyone (including myself) hates to pay shipping costs, but there is no other way for getting items from my door to yours. I do my best to keep shipping costs low by using recycled packing supplies whenever possible to ship and pack items carefully so that they aren't damaged in transport.

I work diligently at photographing and describing my items so the buyer is aware of the condition of all the items including noting any visible flaws. However I am human and may miss something now and then. If you have questions about an item, please ask me before buying. Buyer pays return shipping. Items must be safely packaged in the same or very similar method as the item was received. If you have questions on how to best pack your item, please feel free to ask any questions or ask me to send photos.

1. If an item was listed as a "New" and it is being returned, there will be a 15% return/restocking fee deducted from the refund that is owed back. All NEW items MUST be returned with the complete original packaging, including all accessories, instructional materials and all tags still attached. If the item was sold as being in a "sealed" box and has been opened or used by the buyer, the condition has now changed, and I cannot take it back and there are NO REFUNDS. For all returns, the following additional conditions apply: Food and Personal Care items are NOT eligible for return due to health concerns. Any clam shell packaging that has been opened cannot be returned. Items that have been soiled, used or have noticeable odor (smoke/perfume/etc.) cannot be returned. Do not write on the package or cover any labels on the manufacturer's packaging. Items missing the UPC cannot be returned.

2. If an item is listed as USED and is being returned, there will be a 20% return/restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund that is owed back. All accessories, tags, packaging & instruction materials should be included in the return. Items that have been soiled, used or have noticeable odor (smoke/perfume/etc.) cannot be returned. Do not write on the package or cover any labels on the manufacturer's packaging. Items missing the UPC cannot be returned.

3. If an item is listed as "PARTS or BROKEN” and it is being returned, there will be a 28% return/restocking fee deducted from the total refund that is owed back. Return must include all pieces and parts received in order to be eligible for a refund. Items that have been soiled, used or have noticeable odor (smoke/perfume/etc.) cannot be returned.

Returning an item due to the color not looking like it did on your computer or phone screen does not mean that I did not describe it properly.
