Shipping is automatically combined when you add all of your items to the Shopping Cart using the ADD TO CART button. This includes all sizes and colors.

Don't click on those. Click on the X in the upper right corner of the dialog box. It will close and you can continue to select more items. Repeat this with each selection until you're done.
