Conference on Preparing for Climate Change, Washington, D.C. December 6-8, 1988. Hand signed by the artist.This print is based on Carter's original Venetian glass mosaic, Enameled cast stone relief. In addition to being exhibited in the US, the poster has been exhibited at Artist's solo exhibitions in Gallery Esplanade, Helsinki, Finland; USIS America Hause Art Gallery Cologne and Munich Germany; Moscow Artist's Association and M'suri, Georgian Cultural Center, Moscow, Russia. 1990.The mosaic Failed Atmosphere was at the artist's solo exhibition of planetary atmosphere themes at The American Association for the Advancement of Science, Washington, D.C. in 1988.
