This listing is for an ESI Electro Scientific Industries 1MHz LRC Model 410 LCR Meter / Impedance Bridge.It came as surplus from a government lab. Powers on and responds to keypresses. We were unable to test it further as we have no Kelvin Clips. In fair cosmetic condition, with scuffs, scratches or marks, a small crack in the plastic panel over the display and some slight damage to the plastic instruction card (see last two pics). Due to the limited testing it is sold as-is, officially \"for parts or not working\" though it may work fine - we just don\'t know! No power cord included.This is the only one on and is priced cheaper than lower models - don\'t let it get away!
