Disney 20 year retirement cast member 10K ring. 1971. This beautiful ring is marked cDisney and cTo10k on the inside of the band as well as date and initials. The Iconic Mickey Mouse is very detailed with crisp and clean engravings.The rings from this earlier era feature the longer hotizontal, half curve tail on Mickey rather than the shorter no curve straight tail or longer curved looptail of the later ring designs. Also, Mickey\'s hand almost completely covers his ear, where the later year ring designs have his ear completely exposed. Rings featuring the 70\'s decade are becoming increasingly rare and almost impossible to find in this near mint, never been worn condition.This square ring style featuring the employee start date raised on the face of the ring rather than engraved on the side bands are extremely rare and are the most sought after of all the Disney cast member rings and it is priced accordingly.
