This is an original antique 1909 folding map and guide to the battlefield at Gettysburg, Pennsylvania issued by the Jennie Wade Museum, purveyors of battlefield relics and souvenirs. This is a single piece that folds open to about 19” x 12”. The front cover panel has a small photo of General Meade’s Statute and is titled:
GETTYSBURG IN PARAGRAPH WITH MAP. What To See, Hints At Seeing
One side features a large map of the battlefield and the other side has small photos and information on points of interest around the battlefield. “8-17-09” is written on the front cover so thus a c.1909 date. This is an original antique fully complete and intact with some toning from age and light wear. Overall condition is very good. Email any questions. Thanks for looking.
