U.S. Army General James Franklin Bell Served as Chief of Staff of US Army from 1906 to 1910. Also commanded the Department of The East; Headquarters in New York. West Point graduate. Served 1878 to 1919. Served in Indian War and Spanish American War. This lot of personal items contains fancy gold shoulder boards (pair; qty 2) with two silver embroidered large Generals' Stars on each one; and brass small button with Army US spread eagle. Other side black wool fully intact with no moth holes. Gold and black manufacturer label says: “S. W. Meyer Washington D.C. (maker)”. Just lacks screw down attachment; but receiver all there on one only. Other shoulder board has screw down attachment. Both an excellent plus condition for age of 110 to 120 years old. Lot also include three elevated fancy metal silver color lase embroidered stars for a General Rank complete with attachment pieces. Comes with photocopy of photo of General Bell. Sorry, no COA. However, where else are you going to buy original authentic shoulder boards in excellent condition with stars for a General from the Indian War and Spanish American War period?
