This mechanical clock was manufactured by the Globe Clock Company, and is stamped on the bottom \"GCC\", with a Design Patent #99,999, which was granted to inventor Ben Braude, June 16, 1936!! I am guessing the other number is a \"style\" number as these came with different finishes OR it may be the manufacturing number of the clock!!I believe the gold toned finish is original, and the base & posts are non-magnetic, while the globe is magnetic!! It is in EXCELLENT working condition overall but may need a little TLC!! As photo 3 shows, the hand shaft pulls out (whether by design or not, I do not know!), and the outer hand is loose BUT will snug up and keep accurate time when the clock has been wound!! Of course the weight on the pendulum needs to be adjusted up or down as needed for accuracy to be maintained!! The brass key is marked \"Swiss Made\", and I do not know if it is original!! Approx. 10\" tall to the top of the finial!!Quoted shipping charges are based on the farthest zone from me, so if you live in closer proximity to Greensboro, NC, the cost will go down!!
