Antique German stoneware Beer Stein with comical scene - appears to depict a drunken doctor in carriage pulled along by a cat in harness. Doctor is holding handle to a bag in his hand, the main body of the bag & hat trailing behind the carriage under a stylised sun. Really unusual scene. 9\" from base to tip of lid finial. Frustratingly, very few markings to base although image appears to be signed (see last image).
