Due to the fragile nature of clocks, I am unable to accept returns. The shipping one way to the buyer is bad enough but return shipping doubles the chance of damage to the delicate workings.

I very carefully pack the clocks and use double boxing to get them to the buyer undamaged. Not everyone takes such care. All the clocks that I list are tested to be working for days and even weeks but some times the postal carrier is not careful and there are issues caused by the clock being jostled.
