Offered is a signed WAHL GOLD FILLED 3 1/4” ring top mechanical pencil in unrestored condition. There’s some lead in the cone and I don’t know if the mechanism is working or will need service. Note some surface wear and pin point dings consistent with use. This is a fairly scarce pencil in the 3 1/4” size. Payment thru PayPal and buyer pays $4 for USA shipping with delivery confirmation or $14 for international shipment. Florida buyers pay 7% retail sales tax.
