NERDWORLD COLLECTIBLESTRADING CARDSAll of my trading cards are considered to be in near mint condition unless otherwise noted. Please refer to pictures whenever possible to get the best idea of what your card will look like when you receive it. Please observe sale descriptions carefully, as refunds related to defects that were stated clearly in the sale description will not be issued!

All single cards will be shipped in a penny sleeve and top loader. More than two cards will be placed in penny sleeves and sandwiched between two top loaders for safety.
You may request top loaders for every card (or specific cards) in your lot for an additional $.45 per loader. This is a standard additional fee - ePack charges $.75 per top loader by comparison.
Cards will ship via standard envelope for trading cards and coins, with limited tracking and protection. Multiple cards that increase total item weight beyond 3 ounces will need to be updated to USPS First Class shipping.
If you'd like to combine items for cheaper shipping, simply click 'ADD TO CART' and request an invoice from me upon checkout.
I ship within 2 business days. If you place an order on Friday, you will receive tracking information, but your item may not ship until Monday. *Receiving tracking information does not mean your item has actually reached the P.O. It means that a label has been purchased. Follow up with your tracking number to keep track of when the P.O. actually has your item*

RETURN POLICY
Returns are generally not accepted unless they meet certain return guidelines set forth here.

The item is not as described, or you didn't receive the expected item.

If your item is somehow different than what you expected from a clear description in the sale's listing, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This only applies if the item in question clearlydiffers from the description in the sale's listing. If you somehow receive a different item than you ordered, you will be issued a full refund at my expense, provided the incorrect item be shipped back to me.

The item you receive is damaged or broken.

If your item is broken upon arrival due to poor packaging or otherwise, I will issue a full refund without question, provided that you show photographic evidence of the damage to the item I sent. In these cases, I sincerely apologize for any damage that was caused to the item. *However* If the BOX was damaged or mishandled by UPS or USPS, and the item inside was damaged as a result, this falls under item insurance and must be filed with the shipping service.

Personal reasons.

I know that life happens, and sometimes you simply need a break when requesting a refund. I try my best to help and accommodate all of my customers, so if you feel like you need to request a refund for personal reasons unrelated to those listed above, please don't hesitate to message me. I will work with you in most cases to get a refund issued, provided the item be shipped back to me at the buyer's expense.
