This 5 piece military modular sleep system is an original item made in the United States. The system is designed for personal, field gear use and is an excellent for military, camping, hunting.. Several of the pictures are of the bag assembled. Other pictures are to show the condition. It is a very nice CLEAN piece of professional equipment. Like I said it is "like new". The small stuff sack shows some small areas of soiling The bivy cover, large stuff sack, patrol bag and intermediate cold bag are near perfect. I feel you would be satisfied with this item if you need one. It will definitely keep you warm and dry This bag is adjustable in that you can use one or both bag depending on how cold it is. Like I said, all the hardware on the bag is perfect. If you are not familiar with this equipment you can look at the assembly instructions on line. If you need one to turn into CIF this will pass the inspection. If you need one to use you will be getting a good one.
