This is a pack fresh #75 Galactus with absolutely no issues! Centering is only slightly off but passes within PSA's requirements for GEM 10 grading.

3-2 is considered 60/40, which is the lowest a 10 can be. As you can see in the picture, vertical centering is exact, and horizontal centering is 3-2.25.

PSA 10s are selling for over $2k, so this is a great investment as there are only 29 PSA 10 cards currently. If it doesn't sell un graded then I will just have to send it in for grading I guess.
