1974 GENERAL MILLS KENNER TALKING DOLL NANCY NONSENSE STILL WORKS! Measures approx. 18\" tall from head to toe and 7\" wide from shoulder to shoulder. This delightful doll is made of hard plastic with a softer plastic face, and \"real hair\". Back of the doll is embossed: Copyright 1974 GENERAL MILLS FUN GROUP INC by its DIV KENNER PROD CO CINCINNATI, OHIO 45202. NANCY NONSENSE. CAT NO 28007. 2805. She is jointed at the arms, legs, and head. These body parts still move pretty well. She has a cute face with bright blue eyes and freckles on top of her nose. Her blonde hair is pulled into two pigtails held by red ribbons. She is dressed in a red sunsuit with white polka dots. The front has a red apple. Snaps and ties on the outfit work well. Under her left arm is a pull string. This still works! When pulled the doll talks in a high pitched voice. She literally says things that make no sense. For example: \"Guess what? I am a little pig with fudge icing!\" and \"I can run like a cute little dog with a warm nose.\" If you are collector, this is a MUST HAVE, if not this doll would make a great conversation piece-especially if you needs a few laughs! Free of melt marks, chips, cracks, and unwanted holes. Clothing is free of markings, tears, and holes. Hair does not appear to be cut. Light soiling, otherwise good condition.
