We collect sales tax for the following states: IA,GA,KS, MA,WI, MI, OH, PA, IL, TN, RI, MO,NY,TX. will automatically charge tax and you will need to notify us PRIOR to payment to have it removed. We do not refund taxes paid in error. You must request an invoice every time PRIOR to payment If you are tax exempt Please email, or fax a COMPLETED and SIGNED form to firstname.lastname@example.org or 216-486-4779. You may leave the vendor/seller information blank, or if needed for your records, we are HGR Industrial Surplus. Please include your BUYER/USER ID and if faxing also send with ATTN: sales.

We ONLY combine items won within the same calendar week (Monday-Friday). We cannot issue shipping refunds after payment has been made. To receive a combined shipping rate you must contact us for a combined invoice, PRIOR to payment. Payment MUST still be received within 7 business days of sale end. All orders over $100 will require a UPS Delivery Signature Confirmation.
Local pick up is available during Department business hours Monday-Thursday 8AM - 2PM (Closed holidays). No Saturday pick-up . Items must be paid through PAYPAL prior to pick up. Items MUST be picked up within ONE WEEK of payment.

Return Policy :
Items MUST be returned for any refunds. Buyer pays return shipping. We do not cover original shipping cost. We do not offer partial refunds. Refunds will be given as money back.
Items may be returned for any reason. Complete sale must be returned within 30 days from the end of sale in the condition it was received. We do not issue partial refunds, nor pay for repairs of damaged items. Refunds are issued as money back: we do NOT exchange/replace returned items.
