This is a12mm screw backAmerican Legion lapel pin. Most were made by Balfour. This one has the Green K.C. MO (Kansas City Missouri) mark. The Green Company was founded in 1885 in Kansas City and moved to Lenexa Kansas in 1973. I am also listing a Balfour Sterling example anda lot of three Balfours in three different diameters.
