Lot Description:

This is a group of 11 Sahara desert found glass trade beads. All are of glass and most were made in Europe (Venice) for trade with Africa. Some are known as Melon beads. They are show aging and patina. They are the real deal!

Search for them on or Google; they are rare and command high prices.

These beads are handmade (long ago) and beautiful! This is the only lot I have like this.

One picture includes a US penny to give you an idea on the sizes, some are seed bead size. Most are antique glass some, a few may be of other materials. The penny is not included, just the beads.

Colors are better (brighter) than picture indicates.
