Thats Right. We Are Back At It! Many more Vintage Post Office Doors are now in stock. The listing is for one door each. The picture is up for them just to show an example of different conditioning. These are original 1950's/1960's combination lock doors. These came out of an old institution in the Boston Area. They were in use right up until last year, when a new mailbox system was put into place. They were well taken care of in this prestigious institution. Condition overall is Very Good on average. Some better than others. Each door has its own characteristics (condition), when it comes to paint loss, nicks, glass and mechanics. No 2 are exactly alike...Most of them are tabs switches, but some are knobs. I will do my best to send the same when ordering multiples. On the back of some them, there are combinations written on the inside. I cannot guarantee that what is written on the back will open the door, as sometimes the combo was changed and not updated. Fear Not. Figuring out and resetting combo are very easy to do. There is a very easy to follow tutorial video on You Tube that explains the process. They are all in working order and ready for your project. We have sold thousands of these without issue. And have thousands more. You will hard pressed to find any as nice as these in this quantity. The numbers on the door are not permanent. They are just stickers, of which can be removed and replaced with your favorite lucky numbers.
