Up for sale is a rare 1/1 Garbage Pail Kids unused color rough painting by GPK artist Mark Pingitore. His signature is on the bottom of the painting.
The 2015 Garbage Pail Kids 30th Anniversary set had a version of this painting, the card was named Tardy Marty and Nick of Time.
Please note - in a color rough, the white paper around the painting is wrinkled. Painting itself is in great shape.
