Thank you. The ovulatory phase vaginal fatty acid composition used by RP Michael; reproduced by Astrid Juette and used to elicit testosterone increases of 150% after minimal exposure is incorporated in a human pheromone-enhanced fragrance product. This is a good example of how invertebrate research leads to the mammalian model, which extends well to humans. Though the model for male homosexuality begins with mammalian reproductive development, there are clearly aspects of pheromonal communication/conditioning that are present (and genetically conserved) in species from yeasts to other primates, as Danielle Oliva noted in his Neuroendocrinology Letters contribution.
