Not sure what you are getting at, or mean.
While its possible to fabricate transistors upon a suitably shaped contact, you would not be able to see thru it if worn.
An old fashioned haploid lense with the center punched out, might suit your crazy idea somewhat better.
If you are thinking of playing computer games with some sort of robot eye, forget it, just keep on using the mini-screens that can wear as a pair of spectacles.

On the serious side. 20/20 vision is regarded as perfect. However it is possible today to have ones cornea's lasered, in up to 100 individual spot depths and curves, that exactly match the curve at the back of the eye. Resulting in super perfect vision, that allows you to read standard
newspaper print, the other side of the room.
