Yes. They would be our cattle, our pets, and our lords.
"would humans still exist?"
Yes, but no one would be more than 20 pounds overweight and we would feed our ugly and misfit to the dinosaurs. But this would be okay because no one would be ugly or misfit. At least, no one that matters.
