Here are some of the latest stories on Einstein at the bbc:

Satellite to test Einstein theory
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/3596499.stm

Einstein proved right on gravity
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/sci/tech/2639043.stm

But just to be on the safe side, I looked around for anything within the last few days on Einstein and found this

After setbacks, probe finally ready to test Einstein
http://msnbc.msn.com/id/4659371/

So I don't know what you mean in reference to BBC, but perhaps you can supply a link?

Or was it just your "patent clerk" reference? Jobs taken in youth or at any other time in a person's life mean nothing in regards to intellect.

For example, what's your job?

I take it as given that you'll come back here to crow if they disprove the theory of relativity or even reveal nothing definite.

I hope you'll be so good as to come back here even if the probe comes back with results that negate everything you've said.

That would be the intellectually honest thing to do.
