10% "norm"

Statistically, 10% considered "Norm". Some species share (snails) others alternate.

Indigenous people worked with this status quo nicely, and in a variety of ways, not the least of which was a Shehe - how perfect is that.

It exists in animals at the same rate. And it obviously doesn't come from kind-procreations as HeShes come into the equasion and are allowed to act as men (if they choose). None-procreative because the allowed unions aren't conducive.

They also make allowances for Contraries, and call them just that. But to BE one, there is a criteria. You must do EVERYTHING backwards - ride horse backwards, say goodbye when hello would be obvious. All reason must display as contrary, or they can't act out.
