Maybe it's because they're getting more sunshine?

(It appears that youth and the elderly combined don't add up to the amount of the 25-44 age group. How can you assert that the 13 to 25 year age group is at the "crest" when it doesn't seem to reach the plurality, let alone the majority? AR)
