I'm trying to understand your meaning. I realize that you are trying to make yourself clear, in a language (English) that is most irregular and unclear; I honor that greatly. I highly respect the efforts you are making. I'm trying to use the gifts I have to make communication between us. Thus I respond to what my, shall we call it intuition, leads me to believe you meant to say. Intuition not being scientific, not quantifiable or measurable, is not a popular topic hereabouts. It gets perilously close to that line you don't wish to cross, and I respect that. But when my intuition gives me no insight, I have to ask for clarification. I'm sorry if that effort has caused you annoyance.
It is not easy to be a Scientist with sensitivity. For instance, in this post you refer to "conscience", and I think what you mean is "consciousness". In my more confident moments I would respond based on my assumption. Having recently been mauled, I am more cautious.
I hope I don't put you off. I have enjoyed our conversations here very much and I respect your contributions. It is seldom we get a good biologist here and I hope you will stay around. My apologies if I've been less than welcoming at times. I've been deeply immersed in what I've been doing lately and haven't given much time or effort to others.
